Assistant Producer
Under Larchmont Creative's Clare Sebenius, I served as an Assistant Producer for the Lifting Up Youth: One Year Later event, supporting the full buildout from planning through execution. My work included coordinating logistics, managing on-site setup, and ensuring the event infrastructure was in place for a smooth and impactful program celebrating one year since the opening of the new building. I also assisted with creative logistics, helping organize the graphics and video content needed for the presentations.
The event brought together key community leaders, including Los Angeles County Supervisor Lindsey Horvath and representatives from two additional California state political offices. My role centered on keeping all moving parts aligned—technical, operational, and creative—so the team could deliver a polished and meaningful event.
